The Angel Ramos Foundation Science and Visitor Center at the Arecibo Observatory, under the management of the Universidad Ana G. Mendez, is an educational center mainly focused in on topics related to physics and the science that surrounds operations in each research area – Planetary Science, Radio Astronomy, Atmospheric Science, and Earth Science. It has about 45 exhibitions, among them are information panels, interactive exhibits, and museum pieces. Additionally, there are outdoor exhibits related to the Solar System and others consisting on instrumentation recovered from the radio telescope’s collapse in 2020, as well as, an observation deck for visitors to see the remaining structure of the radio telescope. All of these exhibits present STEM topics and our instrumentation in a simple way, making them easy to understand for visitor of all levels of education.
