Western Spirit: Scottsdale’s Museum of the West shares the stories of the 19 states that comprise the American West, collecting and displaying artworks and historic artifacts that embody the western heritage. It also offers interactive exhibitions, educational programs, and public events, giving visitors an immersive experience. Scottsdale’s Museum of the West opened in January 2015 and soon afterward joined the Smithsonian Affiliations network.
