National Czech & Slovak Museum & Library, a Smithsonian Affiliate, is the only national museum and library that celebrates and preserves Czech, Slovak, and American life. They encourage self-discovery, and asks what it means to be free. Through extraordinary exhibitions, experiences, and programs for all ages, they tell stories of freedom, democracy, personal identity, family and community, individual rights and dignity. Their stories of immigration connect yesterday with today and tomorrow. The NCSML offers dynamic in-person and virtual offerings to highlight cross cultural connections for all that relate to stories of immigration for all.
